Cast Participation
- Children by school grade:
- Newborn through kindergarten: Parents will be part of the women's and/or crowd groups. Child is to remain with a parent at all times.
- 1st - 3rd grade: We ask that 1 or both parents volunteer to help with the children's group to ensure your child's safety. This relieves our Assistant Directors and other volunteers to focus on the Pageant.
- 4th - 6th grade: We ask that 1 or both parents volunteer to help with the children's group. If you are bringing a group from your church or neighborhood, please bring at least 1 adult for each 3 children to adequately supervise them.
- Shepherds: 4th - 6th graders as needed.
- Women's Group: High School Grads and up.
- Crowd Groups: Anyone that does not necessarily want speaking parts or would like to keep their children with them as a family. Also ideal for Sunday school classes.
- Temple Groups: Young men grades 7th - 9th. Ideal for Youth groups.
- Roman Soldiers: Young men grades 10th -12th, college and military
- Angels: Young ladies grades 7th - 12th and Youth groups
- Disciples: Adult Men
- Temples Priests: Adult Men
- Special Characters: Open to all- as gender specific parts are needed
- Wardrobe: Those with sewing and costuming talents
- Lights: Techs to help set & adjust lights and run special effects.
- Reading Cast: Various ages - Learn parts as need for future pageants.
- Prop Assistants: Help the final 3 weeks to prepare and put out props.
These positions are all volunteer positions.
